Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eventex Startup Expo – 3rd Edition
NIMHANS Convention Centre, Bengaluru

Please review our policy carefully before registering or booking a stall.

1. Delegate / Visitor Registrations

  • 30+ days before event: 75% refund

  • 15–29 days before event: 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days before event: No refund

  • No-shows: No refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days. A 5% administrative fee may apply.

2. Startup Exhibitor / Stall Bookings

  • 45+ days before event: 70% refund

  • 30–44 days before event: 40% refund

  • Less than 30 days before event: No refund

Note: If branding, fabrication, or production work has already commenced, applicable costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Sponsorship Packages

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable, as promotional and branding activities begin immediately upon confirmation.

4. Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred to another representative from the same organization up to 7 days prior to the event, with written email approval.

5. Postponement / Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (government restrictions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), the event may be postponed. Registrations will automatically be transferred to the revised date. Refunds will not be applicable; credits may be offered at organizer discretion.
