1. General Information
Eventex Startup Expo - AIGNITE is organized by EVENTEX (Metaverse Expo Pvt. Ltd.) and will be held on 25th October 2025 at NIMHANS Convention Centre, 9 AM-5 PM, Bengaluru. By registering or participating, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration & Participation

• All attendees must complete registration via the official website or authorized partners.

• Participation is subject to approval and availability of slots.

• Registrations are non-transferable without prior written consent.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments for exhibitor stalls, sponsorships, and delegate passes are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

• In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds or credits may be offered at the discretion of the organizer.

4. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward others.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate removal from the event.

5. Intellectual Property

• All event content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of EVENTEX or respective copyright holders.

• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Media & Promotions

• By attending, you consent to photography, video recording, and live streaming, which may be used for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the organizers in advance.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• EVENTEX is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

• Participants are responsible for their own insurance and belongings.

8. Booth & Stall Regulations (For Exhibitors)

• Exhibitors must adhere to stall size, branding, and setup guidelines provided in advance.

• No subletting or reassignment of stalls is permitted.

• All promotional material must be displayed within the designated booth area.

9. Award Nominations

• Nominations must be submitted by the specified deadline.

• The jury’s decision is final and binding; no disputes will be entertained.

10. Amendments

• EVENTEX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on the official website.
