By accessing this website and/or registering for Eventex Startup Expo – 3rd Edition (“Event”), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Registration & Participation

• All registrations are subject to approval by EVENTEX.

• Participants must provide accurate and complete information.

• EVENTEX reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion.

• Entry badges must be worn at all times during the Event.

3. Payments

• All registration, stall booking, and sponsorship payments must be completed as per agreed timelines.

• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds are governed by the official Refund Policy published on the website.
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
5. Event Modifications
EVENTEX reserves the right to:

• Change the event date, venue, schedule, speakers, or program content.

• Postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, government regulations, or public safety concerns.

In case of postponement, registrations will be transferred to the new date. Refunds may not be applicable.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants must:

• Maintain professional behavior

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct

• Comply with venue rules and local laws

EVENTEX reserves the right to remove any participant violating these terms without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All event content, branding, logos, website materials, and promotional assets are the intellectual property of EVENTEX.
Unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
8. Photography & Media Consent
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
EVENTEX may use such media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without additional consent or compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
EVENTEX shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property

• Business losses, indirect or consequential damages

• Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event changes

Participants attend at their own risk.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
